The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but you can share the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

On the other side of the street it has a gym and other sports activities in the area and a restaurant opposite the apartment. There is an Aldi 2 minutes away by foot.
