E-car owners will find a Wallbox (11kW, Type 2). Fully equipped brand new kitchen, modern bathrooms (floor heating), flat screen TV, free Wifi and a piano. New wooden floors in the whole house.

Spacious Designer House Near City Centre

Bright designer house (250 m2) close to the city centre. The house has a large open living room and kitchen, two terraces and a quiet garden. It's location is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest and central station (by train). Furthermore, the Nymphenburg Palace is within walking distance. Looking for relaxation? My well-equipped apartment (about 75 m²) is located directly in the first row on Lake Tegernsee and has a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. A vacation in the healing climate at Lake Tegernsee is a fantastic experience in any season! There are very nice hiking trails, excellent star gastronomy, easy bike tours around the lake and the Achensee ski resort is also not far away (40 km).

Located on the border between Maxvorstadt and Schwabing there are many good restaurants, nice cafes, great ice cream parlors, trendy bars and interesting museums.
