The Insam vacation home is located in the north of Pettneu, on the edge of the forest, in a quiet sunny location. Surrounded by a garden and two terraces, the apartment on the first floor offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the village center and the ski bus station and is suitable for families, solo travelers and groups looking for relaxation and adventure. The place is very well equipped. Per day per person (from 15 years) there is still a €5 tourist tax to be paid in cash on site!

Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

In my house built in 2013, there is an apartment on the first floor (private entrance) with very nice views of the mountains. A large terrace (equipped with garden furniture in summer) to linger and relax. It consists of a spacious bedroom with large wardrobe and a large, bright living/dining area incl. kitchen. In winter, the ski bus stop is about 100 m away. The house is located on the edge of the forest in a quiet location and yet everything is accessible on foot (about 1 km)
