The house contains 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen with many built-in appliances including a dishwasher, a dining table, a bathroom with shower, an indoor shed with a washing machine, a sunny garden with terrace and a shed with bicycles.

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment can accommodate four people (plus baby) and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests.
