This spacious, bright basement apartment is extremely clean and centrally located. Free SHARED driveway parking IF COMMUNICATED WITH HOST BEFORE 8pm day of stay. Toaster, microwave, mini fridge and keurig style coffee maker included in the kitchenette (NO SINK) (pods not included) Amazon prime, wifi and board games. Occupants upstairs include a hypo-allergenic dog who may bark when he first hears you enter the separate entrance. But will quiet right down after saying hi from behind the door.
