The high white stone steps of the Majella lead into the house: the mountain setting is welcoming, preserved in its vintage style. The house is spread across 3 levels and on the first we find the living area and the dining room with a smart TV for the most demanding. On the two upper floors, there are three bedrooms, a balcony with a view, two bathrooms, and the comfort of Wi-Fi and smart TV.

Warm and cozy apartment, enriched by a nice fireplace and a relaxing view of the snowy landscape. The mountain atmosphere is enhanced by the wooden ceiling and the typical furnishings and ornaments. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (mat bed +sofa mat) and is suitable for both couples and families. Kitchen is complete with cutlery and dishes. Heating is self-contained. The center of Pescocostanzo is easily reachable on foot while the slopes are only a few minute's drive away.

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). Fontecchio is a small medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet Aterno river valley.
