Open floor plan ground level historic barn turned into an airbnb. Cabin style with modern comforts. Fast wifi, Iowa State 10 mins away, Iowa rural but close to ames. Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. The barn is self check-in (late arrival friendly) and check out. If needing only 1 night Sun-Thur just ask for offer. Gay Friendly!

Large 2-bedroom main level living, fenced backyard, and deck. We are pet friendly with no additional fees (although we do expect guest to pick up after them). Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes! Just let me know in advance so I can give you a key! We share parking in the drive and also have on the street parking.
