Lovely little flat in the heart of Saint-Louis district. Located on the ground floor (no stairs), and in the courtyard (very quiet, no street noise). A lot of commodities are surrounding the flat (bakery, butcher, supermarket, little market 3 days a week, grocery....) and there are plenty of nice restaurants all around. The flat is 5 min walk from the Subway (Métro Saxe-Gambetta), and 10 ' walk from the Parc Blandan (garden) and also 10' walk from the riverside.

Appartement moderne (2021) pour 4 personnes. Très lumineux, situé à 10 minutes de la Gare Perrache et à 15 min du centre-ville. Si vous êtes en voiture, je vous offre ma place de parking gratuite. Si vous êtes à pied, vous avez accès au tramway T2, qui se trouve à 2 pas de l'immeuble (100m), permettant un accès facile à toute la ville. Dans le quartier, il y a de nombreux petits restaurants avec une cuisine napolitaine, africaine et vietnamienne.
