Directly overlooking a garden, not overlooked, with pool (27 (4 m/3 m and 1.3 m of water) and spa at 35, low lounge and garden furniture. Quiet. Possibility of eating outdoors, summer kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave) Green up socket for electric vehicles. The suite is equipped with air conditioning. Spacious, bright, very pleasant! Ideal for a single person, a couple and even a couple with a child. All amenities within a 500-meter walk of the accommodation. (restaurants, cinema, convenience store...) To be specified in the same room a king size bed separable into 2 beds of 90 cm as well as a sofa bed with excellent bedding. This room of about 25 square meters serves as a living room and overnight stay. Parking in private parking lot.
