A new tennis court. Fitness trail, basketball. You are in a wine region, with the appellations Buzet, Marmandais, Cocumont. Friendliness and good humor assured and sought after. Ideally located at the gates of St Emilion, Entre-deux-Mers, 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Bay of Arcachon, treat yourself to a moment for two away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. Luxury cottage in a renovated former tobacco dryer. It's a mix of tradition and modernity. It is located in a 5 Ha drowning garden in La Roque Gageac 5 minutes from Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud, Sarlat and 30 minutes from Lascaux. 1.5 km from all shops. Quiet and green place. You can taste our local products in our farm inn which is 60 meters from the cottage. You have access to a shared heated pool of 11.5m by 5.5m and a pétanque court.
