From the courtyard with the parking space you can access the furnished terrace (20 m²) barrier-free via the ramp and from there to the ground floor (56 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m lying surface). On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

In the heart of Nienburg, only 4 minutes walking distance from downtown and approx. 3 minutes to the main station. Perfect location! Directly across the street is Café Ragazzi. We offer cozy rooms in our house. These are located in our lovingly furnished sewing cafe right next to the large converted water tower. You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes' walk), the city center / old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

In the historic farmhouse there are 6 lovingly designed guest rooms and large living and recreation areas. In the hall, 20 people can easily dine together. There are plenty of retreats and cozy niches by the fireplace. The garden beckons with outdoor seating, swings and a fireplace for long campfire evenings or a walk in the park. Nearby, a large forest invites you to hike or bike. The house is quietly located and has no direct neighbors.
