The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. A private, bright and airy Annexe attached to our home, which is suitable for 2/3 adults or children. The Sty is in the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. The A419, A420, and M4 are all within easy driving distance. You can be in the town centre or The McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in 10 minutes, Cirencester in 15 minutes, Lechlade and Fairford (ideal for the Air Show) in 20 minutes. And only a 45-minute drive to Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford.
