The Blue Cabin is located on 80 Acres. Each dry cabin comes with an incinerator toilet so you wont need to walk to the bath house late at night and are equipped with Keurig Coffee maker, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle, 6Qt Air fryer, Mini Refrigerator & Filter 5 gallon Water Dispenser. Kirtland Cutter Rock House - National Register

Stay in a piece of history - the Rock House of Metaline Falls was built by renowned architect Kirtland Cutter in 1910 and is one of the most unique homes on the National Register of Historic Places. The Rock House sits on a scenic bend of the Pend Oreille River just outside the town center of Metaline Falls, an outdoor recreation paradise and hotspot of regional architecture that also hosts the famous Cutter Theater.

Lake Front Cabin - 60acre property - 80 acre lake

Our 60-acre property is on a no motor 80-acre lake in a magical remote park like setting. About 30 minutes Priest River/Newport. The cabin is where we enjoyed many weekends and summer vacations when our kids were. Eventually we built a home next door to the berm house. There are 12 houses in our quiet valley. Guests enjoy paddling, fishing, hiking, running, road biking, reading etc. No events.
