With no distractions and plenty of quiet beauty, it’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and make memories that last a lifetime. It is important to note that this house is "off grid". There is electricity and wi-fi internet, but was designed with the idea of being able to get away and relax. Heat and appliances are all propane.

Cliffs, ledges, pebble beaches, observation points, and 21 foot tides make for any adventure. The Bold Coast’s 43 parks (incl the 20 parklands of Cobscook Shores) with 150 miles of trails and 90 miles of coastline, is a rare wild getaway. Spectacular Sandy Beach House

RELAX at this tranquil getaway! Enjoy your private sandy beach, FREE kayak use, miles of oceanside trails, and four local lighthouses. The views from living room and master bedroom are exceptional! Sparkplug lighthouse is to your left and West Quoddy, a short walk to your right. Canada’s Campobello and Grand Manan islands are also in view. The house has three bedrooms: two king size, one queen and two full bathrooms, one ADA. An additional rental is also available if you need more space.

Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. Your driveway space is yours.
