A house on the lake is the perfect family escape—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, or just watching the sunset from the porch. With no distractions and plenty of quiet beauty, it’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and make memories that last a lifetime. It is important to note that this house is "off grid". There is electricity and wi-fi internet, but was designed with the idea of being able to get away and relax. Heat and appliances are all propane.

Hike, clam, birdwatch, bike, sit and read.... There are several restaurants in or near Pembroke. It is 13 miles to Eastport for whale watching, shopping, restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. Your driveway space is yours.

Oceanfront Nordic cabin perched on the edge of Dyer Bay surrounded by large cedar and spruce trees. A perfect retreat nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood off the beaten path. This is where you get away from it all, and enjoy proximity to all the best of Downeast. The view is spectacular, and wildlife abounds. Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS, we're allergic :-(
