Tolles Erholungsparadies nahe Usedom

2016 wurde der Bauernhof komplett neu saniert und modernisiert. Ein Mix aus Moderne und Landhauscharme machen dies zu einem tollen Urlaubserlebnis. Drumherum befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet von europäischem Rang: das Peenetal - mit einer faszinierenden Tier- und Pflanzenwelt. Kaminabende, Fahrradauflüge oder Bootstouren auf der nahe gelegenen Peene sorgen für reichlich Abwechslung. Und das Beste: Bis zur Insel Usedom sind es ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto. Sommer, Sonne und Strand :)

Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Auf einem ursprünglichen Bauernhof haben wir mit viel Liebe ein Ferienhaus zum Träumen geschaffen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ein großer Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Abends kann man gemütlich am Feuer sitzen oder auf der bequemen Couch bei einem Glas Wein ein Buch lesen. Von Groß Markow aus kannst Du die Umgebung mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto erkunden. Der Ort liegt zwischen dem Kummerower und Teterower See. Die Ostsee erreicht man in nur einer Stunde.

Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
