Charm and coziness in the mountain Ideal for family.

The house is a charm, very cozy. The view is breathtaking. There are 2 full suites plus 2 bedrooms plus a full bathroom, plus a half bathroom. We have three gazebos, a dining room, a living room, a fireplace room, all integrated. The house, bed and bath linen are clean and smelly. At the kiosk we have a pizza oven, barbecue, sink and table with benches. We have an organic vegetable garden at your disposal. We love the silence the fresh air and the birds. The housekeeper is great.

They live on site represent me and serve the tenants along the way of the lease, from the entrance to the exit, in whatever is necessary The property offers a barbecue with table and benches so that meals can be eaten outdoors. The Chalet is 1.5 km from Abernesia, and 4.5 km from Capivari with a fully paved route.
