The house is about 140 m2 and has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The house is suitable for larger families (or even two families) and has 8 beds spread out in the 4 bedrooms with two beds in each (one of the rooms has a double bed). There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, NOTICE that the stairway to one of the bedrooms is a bit tricky! If you wish to stay more than 8 people in the house, it is possible to use one of the living rooms as a bedroom since it has a sofa-bed in it. There is a lovely garden with a large green area, where you can relax in the hammock or where the children can play around. There is barbeque available and garden furniture so that you can sit outside and enjoy your dinner.

The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Beautiful living room and dining room as well as bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is a courtyard with a covered terrace and a large garden with a trampoline. The house is 3 km from the most beautiful beach and also close to shopping.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
