With the Nauze River Valley view from the bedroom, it is ideal for a couple travelling together for a romantic escape. The stylish loft has a 2-seater sofa-bed plus Netflix and Orange TV, and the combined kitchen / dining offers modern appliances. Relax with an aperitif in the rear courtyard. The beautiful Dordogne valley is a treasure trove of amazing sights, historic castles and caves. You’ll love it.

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.

Beautiful restored country house near Sarlat

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

A cozy living area features a blue velvet sofa accompanied by two decorative lamps and a wooden side table. A wicker chair is positioned alongside a low wooden coffee table, while a small bookshelf displays various books. Natural light filters in through large windows, overlooking green surroundings.

Escalier majestueux avec ses murs de tableaux comme un musée Anglais. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle des bains et WC séparé. WC également au Rez de Chaussée. Magnifique décoration comprenant vitraux et mobilier de qualité. Belle cuisine avec grande cuisinière et frigo américain. Piscine chauffée et domaine de 35 HA pour ballades.

Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

A well-lit spa area features a jacuzzi, surrounded by natural stone walls and complemented by greenery. Sunlight enters through a window, softly illuminating the water surface within the jacuzzi. The space is designed for relaxation and tranquility.

Anastasia and Simon welcome you to Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of Périgord Noir. Come and spend a stay in our beautiful "La Truffière" cottage with stunning views of the valley and our truffle field! Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.
