Chalupa je vhodná jak pro lidi hledající pohyb, tak pro pohodáře toužící po klidu a soukromý. Kousek za chalupou začíná les, přes ulici teče řeka vltava. Půjčovana lodí Inge je vzdálená jen pár stovek metrů. Cyklotrasa je přímo před barákem. Koupání na Lipně si můžete užít za 30min autem. Stejně tak si můžete vyšlápnout na nejvyšší horu Šumavy - Plechý. Na výchozí body se dostanete taktéž do 30min. V zimě je možnost několika lyžažských areálů. Areál Lipno, Horní Vltavice nebo krásný Mitterdorf.

The villa is a short walk from Lipno (300m to the beach), garden 3000 m2. The total usable space of the villa is 180 m2, of which 51 m2 is a living room with kitchenette, bar and dining table. From the living room is the entrance to a 54 m2 terrace overlooking Lake Lipno. 3 parking spaces. Garage for bikes, etc. available.
