Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalupa Lenora

Chalupa je vhodná jak pro lidi hledající pohyb, tak pro pohodáře toužící po klidu a soukromý. Kousek za chalupou začíná les, přes ulici teče řeka vltava. Půjčovana lodí Inge je vzdálená jen pár stovek metrů. Cyklotrasa je přímo před barákem. Koupání na Lipně si můžete užít za 30min autem. Stejně tak si můžete vyšlápnout na nejvyšší horu Šumavy - Plechý. Na výchozí body se dostanete taktéž do 30min. V zimě je možnost několika lyžažských areálů. Areál Lipno, Horní Vltavice nebo krásný Mitterdorf.
