This beautiful apartment is on the 7th floor of a very quiet and well-kept residential complex in the beautiful three-country town of Passau. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. The residential complex is located on a steep property. * communal washing machines

Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Die Loggia bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Dreisesselberg und den nahegelegenen Badesee. Gäste können hier entspannen und in die Schönheit der Natur eintauchen. Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

Newly renovated 1-room apartment on the 3rd floor with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, fitness, sauna and underground parking. The special feature: A huge terrace with both south and west views. Ideal for the kids to play, have a cozy meal or just soak up the sun! The ideal starting point for excursions into nature. Just leave the car and go - hiking, mountain biking or tobogganing and skiing in winter. The outdoor pool with slide is a highlight for children.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Der Bus ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock. Das Gebäude wurde 2022 saniert und es befinden sich darin 5 Apartments.

This unique home has a style of its own. Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly built centrally-located home. Everyone will feel comfortable in this lovely place. Here, up to 2 people have space on 55sqm. Infants on request. The house with a total of 7 apartments is very central, as it is in the middle of the village. All attractions around Eging can be reached soon. All shopping facilities can also be reached on foot.

A highlight of this accommodation is definitely the bathrobe walk directly to the spa (for a fee) - relaxation is thus pre-programmed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation and on the balcony you can start the day with a view of nature or end it in a relaxed way.
