This newly renovated home is 1554 sqft is a 2 bed/ 2 Bath with 2 living areas and spacious kitchen and dining room. The home location is excellent for any area you want to visit only 7 minutes from Hobby Airport, 22 minutes 16Miles to NRG center, 27 minutes 20 miles to Nasa Space Center, 23 minutes 15miles to Downtown Houston, 57 minutes to Galveston Island, 29 minutes to Kemah Boardwalk. The house has 3 bedroom but only 2 are available the 3th one is occupied with the owner belongings.

Private Pasadena/Deer Park Home on Quiet Street

This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home with no in person contact to check in. There is a self check- in key code to get in the house. This home is cleaned to Covid standards and it has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. It also has Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom.

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
