The house is situated in an idyllic village on the edge of the forest. The nearest town is 2 km away. There you will find a local baker and butcher with regional offers. The next major cities are Amberg (15 km) and Sulzbach-Rosenberg (11 km). There you will find several large shopping opportunities.

Quiet, detached vacation home to relax, right on the edge of the forest (approx. 45 square meters). Bike paths to Rothsee (10 km) and Lake Brombach (20 km), as well as the historic Gredl bike path from Hilpoltstein to Greding lead directly past the house. You can relax in our garden or be active in the surrounding area. Jogging, cycling, yoga, swimming at the lakes or even trying out the Challenge Triathlon route. Heideck also offers a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool (3 km).

The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Enjoy the sensational view through the all-glass front into nature and at the villa built in 1896. Relax in our lounge corner on the gallery and take a break from everyday life.

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Welcome to my charming old town house in the middle of Amberg's historic old town. The house is 60 square meters spread over 2 floors. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The city center, the nearest supermarket and the train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.
