This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

On the Hidaard mound, you stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house features a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. If you book for 2 people, you will get the lower floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, panoramic views, and the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove.

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is located in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are in walking distance . One of the most beautiful city squares of Friesland "De Merk" just a stone's throw away. Our beautiful studio is located in a unique location in the center of the historic town of Workum, one of the eleven cities of Friesland, near the IJsselmeer with its lovely beach. The studio with panoramic views over the countryside is located behind the house on the Merk and in the middle of the center near one of the most beautiful squares in Friesland.
