We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Treetop Oasis with a Balcony and Mountain Views

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.
