With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (30 euros for 2 hours of use between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. or 50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. Cleaning fees are included.

Equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, new and quality bedding. The second bedroom has a 140 bed and a 90 bed with balcony. Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
