Perfect for a couple, it can nevertheless accommodate 1 young child and/or 1 baby: contact us to arrange these options. Completely refurbished, fully equipped. This accommodation consists of a living room with open kitchen and toilet on the ground floor, and two large bay windows overlooking the garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of storage.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Studio of 25m² at the back of the owners' garden, well appointed and comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Possibility to park in the street in front of the house. Property located in a small town in the Landes with all amenities on foot. You will be 5 min (by car) from Lake Parentis, 15 min from Sanguinet where you have beautiful beaches on Lake Cazaux and 25 min from the ocean (Biscarrosse Plage). No smoking allowed No pets allowed.

Its large shaded terrace, hidden by greenery will be appreciated during summer evenings.
