Outbuilding of 50 m² next to our house with parking. On the road to the castles, 30 minutes from Bordeaux, from the airport , 18 minutes from the Parc des Expositions and Stade Matmut. Air-conditioned and equipped accommodation: TV, microwave, refrigerator, combo, dishwasher oven and coffee maker. Its plus its bedroom and large living room: kitchen, dining area and living room. Take a break and relax in this peaceful home that has just been fully renovated. Located on the road to the castles 50 m walk from Château Giscours and 5 min drive from Château Margaux. House of 45 m2 with private terrace of 20 m2 and reversible air conditioning. Very good location 30 min from Bordeaux and 45 min. from the beaches. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the Domaine de Cordet in Arsac. a key box is available to be self-contained. You may park your vehicle in front of the unit.
