It is located in the center of a forest of about 25,000 square meters that can be used in full. The place is very quiet; the street is private with a gate. From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. The apartment I rent is on the ground floor of my family home, but is completely independent of it, it has a truly unique and particular charm, with an ancient flavor, you will find yourself in a completely unique, stimulating and relaxing environment, full of the magnificent colors and smells of the nature reserve and the grandeur of the castle

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people who are looking for tranquility and nature. It's located in a small Abruzzo village that's one of the most beautiful in Italy. The feature oftheproperty is the Majella stone construction that makes the house cool in the summer. Parking (not paid) is located near the building. Also ideal for those wishing to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. Upon request, there is the possibility to add breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our own production!
