Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Nestled in the peaceful hills of Burgundy with the vineyards of Beaune just a stone’s throw away, The Writer’s Cabin is the perfect cozy hide away to unplug, slow down and recharge. For a romantic get away, some me-time all by yourself or to work an a creative project. The Gite of Chateau d'Archambault

The owners of Château d'Archambault are offering the opportunity to stay in the old guardian’s house, an independent lodging dating from the 18th century, a kilometre away from the medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages of France. Guests will have access to the Château park, with a pergola and play area. There is also a magnificent 15 x 3m heated pool, with a cover it is possible to swim under and a pool house with sauna, toilet and showers.
