Come and spend a few days in the heart of Burgundy between Châteaux, vineyards and Morvan lakes. On our property, the Gîte accommodates up to 4 people in peaceful comfort on the heights of COUCHES on the side of hills in the heart of nature. The typical ground floor with its fireplace opens onto a living room, a shower room and a covered terrace (smoking). We share our indoor pool from JUNE to SEPTEMBER. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bed 140 cm and 2 x 90 cm. Mountain bike rental on request.

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

It is located in the center of the village, set back from the main street. This listing is attached to our house and another Airbnb listing. Located a 5-minute walk from the city center, Hospices de Beaune, Cinema Workshops, restaurants and all amenities, this former 15th century winemaker's house was completely tastefully renovated in 2017. Your accommodation is attached to our house and you will be woken up by the birds. You can enjoy the courtyard and a sheltered relaxation area as well as the garden but also discover a small town full of charm without having to use your vehicle.

The House opposite: a cozy guesthouse

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.
