Kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Two extra bedrooms with bathroom (attached to the house) are available for rent for an additional 8 people (with extra charges). Internal parking for up to four cars. Showers and a clothesline are also available in the yard. It is the last house on a cul-de-sac, very quiet.

It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about check-in after 9 p.m., as they will be evaluated.

A studio apartment for single people or couples, a quiet location, a good neighborhood, located in front of a small square in a small open condominium. It has everything a guest needs for quick stays, as it has no laundry. Parking is on the street, in front of the property. The location is great, a central neighborhood and also close to the port and adjacent companies. When there is no guest in the property below, you will be allowed to leave the car in the garage of the main house.

Seafood Kitnet - for 4 people Balneário Guarapari

The kitnet is located in the back of the house that is located on the main street of Balneário Guarapari, 400 meters from the beach. We have two kitnets that are in the back of the house. They are private but meet side by side. We provide electric shower, kitchen and utensils such as pots, glasses, cutlery etc. Our guests have access to two external showers, foot washing hose and beach utensils (chairs, treadmill, thermal bag). The space also has an external sink and clothesline.

One block from the beach, Mar de Flor is in a shared backyard with plants, cats and dogs. We have a full outdoor kitchen, a hammock and a sofa for relaxation, and a fan to keep the environment cool.
