Two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, living room with TV, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove and electric oven. Balneário is quiet, with an extensive strip of sand, a beach with few waves, great for enjoying the day or watching the sunrise. In addition to the beach, you can visit Ilha do Mel or rent a speedboat for tours. There is no bath towel. Only small-sized Pets.

The studio is located on an easily accessible road, near the Port of Paranaguá, 3 minutes from the city center, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, Municipal Market, Rua da Praia (exits to Ilha do Mel and many others), cathedral, aquarium, museum, Santuário do Rocio. The building is new and has an automated security system, with a covered individual garage, a residential area, and is very well equipped!
