Au bord de l' eau

Nous vous offrons à la location une partie de notre maison rénovée avec soin. Elle se trouve au cœur d'un village typiquement savoyard avec vue panoramique sur le massif de La Chartreuse. Tous les commerces et les restaurants sont à quelques pas de la maison. Base de loisirs Rivieralp avec baignade écologique est à 3 minute à pied. Un parking gratuit se trouve juste à côté de l'hébergement, nous avons une cour privée pour les motos. Le Petit déjeuner sur demande en supplément de 7 euros.

Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

Nous proposons une chambre avec entrée indépendante. Cette pièce fait partie d'un corps de ferme rénové en matériaux bio et écologiques (tout comme la chambre Airbnb). Nous sommes situés sur les hauteurs d'un village de Savoie, sur le chemin de Compostelle, à 5 mn de l'autoroute, 50 mn de Lyon, 20 mn de Chambéry et 40 mn d'Annecy. Nous sommes aux portes du massif de la Chartreuse et non loin du lac d'Aiguebelette.

L'appartement se situe au centre du village de Paladru dans un ancien hôtel devenu résidentiel. Le restaurant de la tourelle est au pied de l'immeuble. La plage la plus proche est à 300 m (terrain, plage et restaurant). Le musée archéologique du lac de Paladru est à 100 m. Épicerie qui vent également du pain à 50 mètres.
