The "Sunset" holiday home is a detached building on two floors, with its own garden and parking space. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a pantry. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a bathroom. In the courtyard there is a table with benches, a heated jacuzzi and a prefabricated pool. The house is located on a clearing and offers a unique view of the lake and numerous surrounding places. The place is quiet, suitable for nature walks and mountain biking.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
