In the heart of the Pays d 'Othe, 5 minutes from a highway exit, come and stay in this beautiful 18th century Moulin by the water (children under adult supervision). You will appreciate the bucolic setting in a quiet and green environment as well as the refined interior decoration combining the character of the old and the modern. You will be staying in an eco-friendly cottage (local and recovery materials, very good sound and thermal insulation). Provision of 2 horse boxes by reservation with the owners. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with TV and library, a dining room with fireplace attached to an equipped kitchen as well as a toilet with hand wash. On the 1st floor you will find a games room (TV, books, games, toys), 2 double bedrooms (160x200) and a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 that can be offered as a double bed). On the 2nd floor, you will discover a double bedroom (160x200), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 that can be offered as a double bed + extra bed for children or teenagers) and a suite composed of a private living room and a bedroom (160x200). Each room has its own private bathrooms: showers, sinks, toilets. Outside, you will enjoy the garden furniture and lounge, barbecue, sunbeds. Petanque and darts. Open-access aromatic garden. Access Parking in the property and in front of the house. Beds made, towels and linens provided. All charges included (heating, wood,cleaning).
