About the clouds

The accommodation is located at about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access path. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. To the valley and to the nearest supermarket it is about 12 minutes, there is a bakery near the lifts. Winterdream at the lake! As a couple or with kids.

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

A light-filled wellness area offers panoramic views through large windows, featuring a sauna and a cozy sitting space. A wooden staircase leads down to a modern dining area with a rustic wooden table and stylish seating, situated next to a contemporary kitchen.

Holiday apartment Lilli is on the second floor. You have a nice view of the garden from the living room and bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and bath is off the hallway, as is the fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, filter coffee machine as well as Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine with pods, kettle), or the bedroom with a double and a single bed. The living is off the kitchen and has two single beds and a sofa, as well a flat screen TV. The apartment has WiFi.

Our yurt is hidden at the edge of the forest, offering a place of peace and seclusion. To the south, our summer pastures stretch out, where cows graze and trout leap in the ponds. To the west, our operational building, constructed in 1878, rises up with its historic cider press and adjoining horse stables. The secluded location, combined with our equine-assisted offerings, is perfect for a relaxing retreat in nature, romantic getaways, or extended hikes.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in Edelschrott, 15 km away.
