20 m² studio ideally located north of Cesson Sévigné in a quiet area, close to Atalante, Beaulieu... Buses nearby. On the 1st floor of our house with independent access, unobstructed and pleasant view, possibility of walks around the ponds. Equipped kitchen: fridge, induction stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, filter coffee machine, kettle... The 140 bed will be prepared, towels and tea towel provided.
