Studio calme, entouré de végétation. A 7 mn des commerces et 5 mn du bus qui mène à république. Situé entre axes St-Brieuc-Lorient et proche parc des expos et aéroport par routes secondaires. Idéal pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant dans le canapé lit confortable. Si utilisation des deux lits, je demande un supplément de 10 euros sur place.
