A mid-century modern apartment in our home. You have full privacy. You will have an open kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops open to the bright living room. Three bedrooms. Two kings, a queen bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower complete the space. The back deck has a grill and fire pit. We have a small Maltese dog who you will share the back yard with (puppy love is free!). The apartment is separated from a smaller suite where the hosts reside.

A wooden deck is featured in the backyard, furnished with four blue Adirondack chairs and a small table. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery, while a BBQ grill is positioned to the side. The fenced area provides a sense of privacy.

Cozy 2/1 upstairs apartment conveniently located and within minutes of many amenities. Completely renovated! New backyard space with floating deck and BBQ grill. Comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the second room with small workspace. There is a washer/dryer in unit and on site parking. Why pay more to stay in a 2 star hotel? NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE. The property is monitored. More than 4 ppl is trespassing. Thank you for following the rules.

Our charming cottage has a coastal feel with exposed brick and white breadboard walls. it is conveniently located within 10 min to the airport, beaches, Downtown Pensacola and parks galore. The neighbourhood has a hometown vibe that is refreshing, offering great places to walk or go for a scenic run along the bayou. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

An inviting entryway is seen, featuring a brick facade and large glass doors. A welcome sign is prominently displayed next to the entrance. The surrounding outdoor area includes a well-maintained garden and trees, providing a serene atmosphere.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
