Beautiful flat a short walk from city centre

The basement flat is small but ideal for short stays. Steep stairs down, not suitable for mobility problems. Empty the day before guests arrive and the cleaning is thorough. The kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, hob, kettle and most things you will need. There is a dining table,2 chairs and a sofa bed for one person Shower-room has shower,washbasin, toilet,towel rail radiator. This is a peaceful modern ground floor apartment situated in a quiet side street in a conservation area in East Oxford, with easy access to the city centre and local shops, cafes and music. Sitting room and bedroom open on to a lovely town garden . Free parking is available on the driveway or with a permit on the street. It is 5 minutes by bus (or 20 mins walk) into the city centre. Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, comfortable and spacious living spaces and parking for 2 cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Large Studio room with King size bed, sofa, small fridge, ensuite with a shower. We’re situated in east Oxford near the bustling Cowley Road with lots of restaurants, cafe’s and bakeries. The studio has been ventilated, cleaned and disinfected. All frequently touched areas have been disinfected also. All linens have been washed at a high temperature.
