Only 5 minutes from I-80, 10 minutes from the U of I and 2 miles in all directions to many restaurants. Your section of the home is private with a separate entrance. We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs. Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.

Only a 25 minute drive to the University of Iowa and 10 minutes to Williamsburg or Marengo.
