Beautiful apartment with balcony facing the sea located on the dike of Le Portel, on a lively street. You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Comfortable house of 50m2 for 4 people with terrace and small garden. It is composed of 2 bedrooms upstairs: - a closed bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe - an open room with 2 single beds. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen and open to the living room, sofa , bathroom and independent toilet. Equipment: hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, garden furniture, 2 sunbeds and barbecue. Bed linen is provided as well as the bathroom mat.

Our vacation home is halfway between the sea and the square. Large and bright, it has been completely refurbished and is bordered by a 20 m² terrace which benefits from a large table and a gas barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days. The house has been designed and equipped for family holidays by the sea and to enjoy the entertainment offered by the municipality during the summer period. Off-season, the environment is quieter and more conducive to rest.
