"Sur Les Roches" gîte, between nature and calm

Our cottage is located in Yvoir, in the middle of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia (Crupet, Spontin, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E411-N4), in the Meuse Valley, between Dinant and Namur, close to the Bocq Valley and the Molignée (Maredsous, etc.) and a stone's throw from the climbing area. Our cottage is quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the many country roads that cross fields and woods where you can walk or mountain bike.

Ideally located in a quiet area for lovers of nature hikes, for sports enthusiasts, close to the RAVel, 3 minutes from the center of Spa with its thermal baths and 10 minutes from the Circuit de Francorchamps. Guest house independent of our family home, brand new, cozy interior, practical and comfortable in a "workshop" atmosphere, the decor varies according to the seasons, from spring to Christmas atmosphere. You have a terrace, garden and petanque court.

Detached cottage of 70m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting area, terrace with beautiful views over the fields and a private garden. In the living room there is a sofa bed that allows us to host up to 5 people. The cottage is located in the property of the former rectory . On the same property is a second vacation home.
