In the cottage, you live a basic life, close to nature in a beautiful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly planted food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Private vacation home in beautiful surroundings!

Unwind in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (hunebed within walking distance) and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The stay is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and nice outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast. At Camping 't Veenmeer, there are many amenities and from the chalet, you can dive into the lake. The Drentsche Aa National Park is opposite the campsite and offers plenty of hiking and biking possibilities. In short: enjoy luxury!

Beautifull chalet/tiny house near "Drentsche Aa"

Our small chalet lies in the middle of the most beautifull nature of the Netherlands: the National Park of the Drentsche Aa and the Unesco Geopark of the Hondsrug, on a very quiet camping. It is furnished light and harmonious. The house is suitable for couples and singles, not for children. Overnight stay with 2 persons maximum. No pets. Non smoking (except on the terrace). Equipped with all comforts such as well functioning internet (fiber optic) , an air conditioning,and a kitchenette.
