The former stables have been converted into comfortable, modern apartments with panoramic views over the Boterhuispolder. Step right into nature for a beautiful walk or bike ride (bike rental available), or hit the water with a paddleboard. Popular destinations such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Leiden, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht are within easy reach. Public transportation is within walking distance.

Comfortable country house (100 m2) with a big garden in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and grazing cows right across the little canal. Close to all main cities and the Kaag Lakes. Amsterdam, Delft, Keukenhof, Schiphol-airport and Leiden (10 min). The house is heated and also warm and cosy during wintertime. Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.
