We have a farmhouse-themed guest apartment with its own private entrance and private deck with a view of a private lake through the trees in the piney woods of East Texas. The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. There are 2 entrances to The Cottage. Please use the Veterans Memorial Park Entrance. Covered parking and a outdoor covered patio makes a good sitting area. And only 4 miles from Mena!
