The 120 sqm loft, furnished with high quality and a lot of love for detail, can accommodate up to four people. Of course, you can also explore the entire estate. Here we live together with our dogs, horses and cats – a special experience for anyone who appreciates country life without wanting to sacrifice comfort.

Our house with the apartment is located directly on the Fehn Canal, surrounded by nature. Whether it's bike tours, fishing or day trips such as to the North Sea coast or to Holland - with us you have the ideal starting point for your activities on vacation. Or relax on your own terrace. The Timmeler Meer with its beautiful harbor and beach area as well as the flower town of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are accessible by bicycle.

Beautiful, newly furnished accommodation with kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom in a quiet cul-de-sac location. A son temporarily uses a room on the floor. The terrace, the huge garden and the garden house (by appointment) can be used. The existing chickens and quails provide us with fresh eggs every day. The center of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are nearby.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Located right on the Ems-Jade Canal in an old farmhouse in the heart of East Frisia, it was completed in the summer of 2025 with a great deal of attention to detail. A magical spot for nature lovers to hike, bike, fish, perhaps paint, or simply BE… listen to the birdsong in the early morning or gaze at the starry sky on a clear night.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
