A few meters from the house is the entrance to the spa park on one side and on the other side as far into the castle park. Children can play on the community washbasins behind the house. The apartment is beautifully bright, furnished according to modern trends. In the summer, enjoy the opportunity to go out on the water or into the mountains, skiing in the winter.

Spacious, children-friendly, beautiful apartment

We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Náš nový apartmán Garden´s 43 jsme připravili pro všechny, kteří si chtějí užít kouzlo Karlových Varů a bydlet přitom úplně v centru, na začátku kolonády, s výhledem na hotel Thermal, v blízkosti restaurací, obchodů a Alžbětiných lázní, takže to budete mít všude kousek. Apartmán je velký cca 110 metrů, má dvě hlavní ložnice s manželskými postelemi, pracovnu, kterou lze využít k přespání dalších hostů, dvě koupelny a prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem.|

Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.
